Art Blessing Giveaway!

Well its that time again!!! I love the opportunity to give away blessings of art and have three art dangles I thought I would offer this time for the Art Blessing Giveaway! I have been thinking so much about the wonderful ways that we can reach out and help others in need and all of the worthy causes there are to support. I wondered if you might add a note with your comment if you are participating in the drawing and share briefly about a cause that is close to your heart, or one maybe you have supported now or in the past, maybe its a hope or dream that you have to help a particular group of individuals, an animal shelter, reading to needy kids, a big sister program....the possibilities are really unlimited! I just thought it would be encouraging and uplifting to read about all the ways our hearts have reached out in the past or hope to reach out in the future....a chance to pause and maybe even consider new ways that we could support those in our communities and our world! Sometimes its the smallest of gestures that can usher in the deepest of changes! So if you would like to join in the giveaway just be sure to leave your contact info in the comment as well and on Sunday, May 11, I will draw three names for the art dangles pictured in this post! May you find hope as you awake to each new day this week!

What lovelies! I hosted a princess party for a children's crisis center. It is so sad that such little people have to deal with such adult issues. Afterwards, they gave me a posterboard thank you card that they all signed...I have it hanging on my wall in my party room. Thanks for the giveaway! :)

Such beautiful pieces on your last few posts. I love your work. I can only mention MOPS. Mother's of Preschoolers is a great Christian program for moms. I have participated in the meetings and have helped raise some money to keep the program going in my area. It can be found on-line to help find a group in each area. Lisa

Hi Lani!

You have the most beautiful giveaways; please count me in =)

For many years I have volunteered with the American Cancer Society. I lost both my Mom and Dad to lung cancer and prostate cancer, respectively. My older brother also has prostate cancer.

This is one cause where I will drop whatever I am doing to help out. Someday, I believe, a cure for cancer will be found.

Hugs,
Peggi

Lani your danglies are beautiful... At my work we support a program called Heartwell Fitness Program. Each year we raise enough money to help a child with for example cerebal palsy, autism. Our money goes towards physical therapy for these children. We find it really rewarding as we get to meet the child we support each year and see their progress....fundraising for this charity brings a lot of happiness to our work place and the families involved. It is lovely to be able to be involved in such a personal way.
(p.s. please dont feel you have to put me in the draw as I was lucky enough to win the beautiful paperweight last month...just wanted to share the program we support).

Good Morning..I just saw your things on Ruebee and you have beautiful things and such a neat blog! I love your name healing Expressions...my husband is disabled and it has been 10 years and raising three girls with only Social Security and the biggest was faith in God! He has shown us over and over that he does provide and we have to trust him in the difficult and the good times...I have been involved with a support group for people that suffer or have family members from Depression...if the Doctor that runs it is out of town he asks me to run it and those times have always been special to me...a lot of people do not realize how important Support Groups are...there are a lot of hurting people out there and if I can help one that means so much!
